(Ranch style eggs) Three eggs topped with sauce, served with rice and beans.

Taco Salad

A deep fried flour shell stuffed with: seasoned ground beef or chicken topped with cheese sauce, lettuce, tomato, shredded cheese and sour cream.

Taco Salad Fajita

A deep fried flour shell stuffed with: grilled chicken or steak, bell peppers, tomato, onions, topped with cheese sauce, lettuce, sour cream, guacamole, and pico de gallo.

Chimichanga

A stuffed flour shell with your choice of shredded beef, seasoned ground beef or pulled chicken, deep fried till golden brown, topped with cheese sauce. Topped with lettuce, guacamole upon request, sour cream, pico de gallo, served with rice and beans.

Taquitos Mexicanos

(Flautas) Two corn tortillas wrapped around your favorite filling deep fried to a golden brown topped with lettuce, guacamole, sour cream, and pico de gallo. Served with rice and beans.

Grilled seasoned steak over Mexican rice and topped with cheese sauce.

Grilled seasoned tender chicken over Mexican rice and topped with cheese sauce.

Wet Burrito

A large flour tortilla filled with grilled chicken, shrimp and rice. Smothered in cheese sauce, lettuce and pico de gallo.

Burrito 3 Agaves

A large flour tortilla filled with beef or chicken, topped with red sauce, lettuce, sour cream, cheese and tomato. Served with rice and beans.

Fajitas

We use our special recipe to cook tender strips of marinated chicken breast or beef skirt steak with sauteed onions, tomatoes and bell peppers. Served with rice, beans, lettuce, guacamole upon request, sour cream, pico de gallo, and tomatoes.

Fajita Quesadilla

Grilled chicken or steak, green peppers, onions and tomato. Served with rice and beans.
